It's not working. It's shit. This whole ordeal has cost me hours of time and made me feel generally unhappy whenever I am online and I have to wait longer for my page to load than 15 years ago when I was on 56k. You fail beyond belief, Virgin Media. I will cancel my subscription and if I had a button to blow up your headquarters right now I would gladly push it.
